The app bugs when I try to log in

Recently I updated my phone the app to the new version, when it comes to logging in with my microsoft account the app closes and does not go to the screen where I can place my login data, I formatted my cell phone and still follow the problem, also try the different methods and does not always let me happen the same , I tried the beta version and there if I could get in I hope you can help me, attach bug files
