My minecraft is crash!

Dear mojang,

I've one issue about minecraft.I like to blow up a lot of tnt. And I like spawn mobs. At that time I have my minecraft hanging because so many items are moving .. so I have to do that "/ kill @e"because I want to turn off everything I spawn..after that my minecraft recovers..I hope mojang can solve this problem so that there is no more hang while blasting tnt and spawn a lots of mobs
