Marketplace/Server screen shots do not load

Whenever I enter the Marketplace or go to the Servers, none of their screenshots load. In the Marketplace, it shows the loading icons but nothing happens; I let it go for 10 minutes and they still do not load up. At the Servers,I highlight any one of the 6 servers available and no screen shots load. In either Marketplace or Server, I wait awhile and make sure nothing else is using my high speed internet service.
