Word not fully sycned or corrupted

i was playing my world i saved and logged back on and it said on my xbox the world was not fully synced and corrupted. on my computer it crashs my game when i try to enter it. please fix this issue i feel i shall stop the game because the bug might make me lose all my work and thats ridiculous
