Microsoft account an achievements

When I press sign in with Microsoft account it makes me try to sign in again which I have already done. When i put the code in on the website i do not receive an email. I have done both the achievement below and i do not get an achievement for them. I have dyed a bed multiple times an still not got it and also with the other achievement. Can you fix these problems as cannot play on the server without them.
