bedrock is SUPER broken(at least on switch)

minecraft on switch is super broken, i cant connect to microsoft account, if i try to when i click "Save to microsoft account" it just stays like that for a long time until the code thing comes up, and when it finaly comes up when i log in and exit the code screen a million more pop up, you might say its cuz of bad internet, but its not, i did it back when i first got the game when it was 1.9 and my internet was still bad back then, and it worked instantly, also when i try to turn off the game it keeps turning off for a long time then it crashes, also custom skins most of the time dont load when i open the game, im starting to feel that minecraft has stopped testing the game before publishing the updates
