Save overwritten by old save from other xbox

so I have 2 Xbox ones I started this world on my wifes then to mine then when I went back to hers it synced back to the old world, not to the one that I had played on my Xbox. so I went to my Xbox so I could play my current save but it was all glitched out so I restarted Minecraft and it had sync the old version can I get my world back to the proper save.
