Villager recipe fill up

Villagers do not fill up their recipes. It happens with librarians. For example when objects like paper are sold out or enchanted books are bought there is still a red cross next to the items. Even when it is daylight, a bed is placed and the librarians are very near to lectern they still do not fill up. It happens with a few of them. I want the villagers to fill up their recipes. Fix this bug.
