Cant join servers when you log out and log back in, on Xbox One

So im guessing the only reason why this happens is because of the new hotfix for "Ps4" is affecting xbox one players when they want custom skins or whatever you can't play on realms and servers because you logged out and logged back in again and when joining a world it says " Microsoft Account disconnected" On the Screen when you want to leave the game or invite someone.

Started happening with version 1.16.40 (was working before on 1.16.20)
