Adding the same function for when holding an item in the inventory and clicking triangle as it was in the legacy console edition so that it would quick

Back in the legacy edition days, we were able to quickly move an item whether we were holding an item or not in our inventory but it seems that instead now it just drops it if this intentional then I would at least appreciate if there was an option in the menu for controls to make it like the legacy console edition were I didn't drop things.
