Water particles deleted/vanished by transparent blocks

When water particles are being generated, they either are deleted or vanish when coming in contact with a transparent block as if it were a solid block. This may occur with other particles which I did not test as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Summon (or piston push) an armor stand on the corner of diagonal bottom slabs, a soul sand bubble column, and air.
2. Once you see the particles generate over and through the air, place different transparent blocks right below the aforementioned air block.

Observed Result

The transparent blocks stop the water particles.

Expected Result

Transparent blocks should not block water particles, especially ones without hitboxes.
