Cant connect to friends worlds

Please Mojang i have issue not just me and my friends the minecraft bedrock edition for ps4 is very bugy but the most anoying thing ist that we cant join each other worlds dosent matter if its my ps4 friends or cross platform friends we cant do it so please fix that problem. It always say unable to connect to world
