Mouse not grabbing

When in game the game takes mouse input and hides the mouse, so I don't know if there is the "robot" that set your cursor in the middle of the screen again. The problem I'm having is when I move the cursor too far, it exits the screen and doesn't allow me to click, but still rotate the camera. This is an issue in both tablet mode and non-tablet mode.
