Sign in and Non-loading menus

When I open Minecraft, it does not automatically sign in to my Microsoft account. When I do sign in to my Microsoft account, the game does not load the main menus, and I have to close the game entirely and open it again. Opening it up again does not always fix the issue as the menus do not always load.
