Jurassic World will not download

We have purchased the Jurassic World map.  When we attempt to install it says we do not have the disc space.  There are over 10GB of free space so that is simply not the case.  

I have run the internal code check on the switch for the software and found no issues.  I have moved the software between system memory and SD Card.  No difference there.  I have downloaded other worlds to test without a problem.
