Parity: Red and brown mushrooms cannot be placed on nylium

Red/Brown mushrooms cannot be placed on nylium, this is a parity issue because Java 1.16.2 already have this feature.

Step To Reproduce:
1. Place down red/brown mushroom (not the block variants).
-> Cannot be placed down on nylium.
