Mob Duplication Shulkers

Shulker's are duplicating on top of one another (see pictures and video below) 

Seems to occur roughly 8 out of 10 times when tested.

 

To replicate, go to the End, find shulkers and hit with sword or bow and they will be overlaying multiple other shulkers
