Problem with baby villagers' height

Hello,

After update to the version 1.16.100.53 my villager breeder stopped to work. The problem is that the baby villagers are not able to get out from breeder through a hole of 1 block height.

I made a lot of changes to fix my breeder, but they don't work.

It seems that the height of baby villagers has changed.

Could you check it ?
