GAME CRASHES

Game crashes I’ve reported this bug 6 times now and say you can’t fix it ,marked as resolved what’s going on? I’ve rated the app one star I need a refund can’t play the game for more then a minute... 1. I opened the app , 2.Selected a world went on it 3. Then walked forward then screens gone black and then on my I pads home screen. No cause at all . mabey because I updated my iPad now Minecraft needs updating I can’t play less then 3 minutes actually so annoying this has happened for the past month Now should of been fixed since You keep saying resolved when nothing has been? No help at all I want a full refund.
