Copy of worlds impossible

Hello!

I think I have a problem way bigger than the other one I've reported the other day. 

When I'm trying to do a copy of my survival world, the loading screen appear but instead of the 100%, a quick code appear and my game is crashing. I tried with others save and the game is crashing too.

I think that the version is 1.16.21 (this is the last version of minecraft ps4, called 2.12 and also 1.16.40).

I've checked my space, this isn't a stocking problem. 

I know that this is a lot to ask and that problem doesn't look easy to resolve, but could you make this problem a priority? I've already lost a two years old map and this one have the same age, and I've worked so much on this survival, I think I won't be able to accept to loose my save again lol.
