2 Issues: 1, I am not unlocking any achievements. 2, I can no longer use leads on wolves nor can I feed wolves.

I bought minecraft in the past few months. Great at first except for the fact that no achievements were unlocking, there was an update I thought would fix it but I still have this issue. On top of this, since the update, I can no longer use leads nor feed wolves.
