Baby Zombified Piglins glitch through slabs, stairs, and trapdoors

I have a gold farm, and sometimes the baby zombified piglins glitch right through the slabs which are meant to only allow xp through. I have tried using slabs, stairs, and iron trapdoors. None of them work. I can't provide any screenshots because they kill me as soon as they get through.
