Snow-covered leaves not showing up

When I was just playing my game, I remembered that There was snow-covered leaves in snowy biomes on Nintendo Switch. But, in Windows 10 edition, I don't see snow covered leaves anywhere in a snow biome. I don't know if this is a bug or just a thing that isn't in Windows 10 edition but decided it was worth it to report.
