Nintendo's switch to windows 10 labtop problem

[]I play on my nintendo switch, and my sister plays on her window 10 labtop. After the new update i can no longer connect to her world. Ive tried on 3 diffrent nintendo switches (my kids plus mine). Its not on a realms i just join threw friends on crossplay. Please help

Steps to Reproduce:

1. [Step 1]log on (on a nintendo switch minecraft.)
2. [Step 2]join a friend thats playing on windows 10 labtop.
3. [Step 3]then you should get a software error and kicks you to the nintendo home menu.

Observed Results:
[Describe what happens]i get kick be for i can even join in

Expected Results:
[Describe what should happen]i wish to be able to play crossplatform again. Please.
