NPC changes made in advanced settings won't save when you exit by pressing escape

When you change commands for an NPC (not a villager) they only save if you exit by clicking the x, and they don't save when you exit by pressing esc

 

steps to reproduce

1. type /summon npc in chat
2. right-click the npc to open settings
3. go to advanced settings
4. set to button mode
5. type any command in button mode command
6. exit completely by pressing only escape
7. check if the command written was saved
