It won't allow me to log into the Playstation Network

As much as I press the button to log in, absolutely nothing happens and it is starting to drive me crazy, I can't even access the store and I don't know why. This bug started when there was a small update of no more than 100 mb. Also try to enter through the settings with a microsoft account and I get an error that the session could not be started. I can't log in anywhere at all.
