Unable to join LAN multiplayer

Since the 1.16.20 update, unable to join multiplayer games over LAN.  Issue not resolved with 1.16.21.  Error message that appears is: 

Connection timed out.  Unable to connect to world.  

 

Device (and account) are able to connect to servers - eg The Hive
