Friends not available

Hello! Firstly sorry for the last post I 've written in French (the bug has been solved since).

So there is my problem, all my crossplay friends' ve disappeared, I have a message who say that I don't have any crossplay friends, but I do!

I tried to add people again, but I still didn't have anybody on my crossplay list. 

If you guys could solve that, this would be awesome!
