I can not create a skyblock island on Mineplex.

When i try to create an island on skyblock i have to put a new profile name cause at the first one says "No room for this plot" and when i try to create a new profile name it says "Pick a name for your skyblock profile" and anything what i put it says "Your profile name had bad words in it,try again" an example : House97673" It says "Your profile name had bad words in it,try again" and i try more so pls help because i do not know what profile name to put.and i do not know what afects verison is it,ok?
