Everything gone

Been playing for 2 years. Been a blast. But about a month ago. ALL WORLDS AND ACCOUNTS OTHER THAN XBOX LIVE ARE GONE. I had everything. And it's all gone. I tried going back into Xbox live but no use. We have tried everything. Maybe was triggered by a recent software update. But if it was a bug please fix it before I lose my mind. In my ipads settings MC is still taking up over 5GBs so my iPad thinks that all the worlds are still there but they're not visible.
