zombie pigman in 1.16

when i got to the nether in 1.16.2, i saw a zombie pigman, NOT A ZOMBIFIED PIGLIN, roaming around. That happened literally everywhere in the nether and no zombified piglins can be seen. none. just the old zombie pigman
