Win & PS4; Items, blocks, mob drops on survival mode not picking up.

Windows 10 & PS4;  Survival mode. No, texture packs;

World Store Riverwind & New world Standard

96% items from breaking or dropping from mobs are not picking up, unless directly above block only then less than 4% chance of picking up.

Attempted, normal world creation, worked for 10 minutes then no mob dropping or game crash.  Reported to PS4 as normal.
