Windows 10 mobile not working since 1.16.2

Since 1.16.2 was released I have not been able to play Minecraft on windows 10 mobile. The game crashes every time I open it, before it finishes loading fully. When I contacted Mojang I was informed about similar problems on the switch that were resolved, and also told that they hadn't heard of any other issues like mine on Windows 10.
