Villagers disappear after trade

I had two villagers surrounded by stone and glass block. They had been created by curing zombie villagers. I had previously traded with both of them.

When the bug occurred, I traded with both of them. After trading with the second, they were both gone after when the trade popup was closed. The second villager had increased a level during the trade.
