Mojang sunset msg + unable to purchase realms plus Windows 10 for PC

Purchased from Microsoft store Minecraft Master collection for Windows 10 for PC. 
(not sure if Affects Versions 1.16.21 is correct)
Problems- 

1. I get the Mojang sunset warning on start up, although installed on laptops, direct x12
2. Items for Master collection did not install with game, Inari, Minecraft help, has added to the account.
3. Unable to purchase Realms plus, in the game install, as follows the Mojang sunset script.
