Ocean Soundtrack on Land

On land, the ocean soundtrack will begin playing about 5 minutes in. It doesn't matter whether or not I'm near any water. It even will play when I walk past a 4x4 patch of water. The bug is not too big, but that soundtrack gets annoying after the first 10+ times during a couple hours of gameplay.
