Boats on bubble columns are insanely loud

When you put a boat onto a bubble column, the boat makes insanely loud sounds. They repeatedly make a loud sound.

How to reproduce:

1. Place a magma block in an ocean to get a bubble column
2. Place a boat at the top
3. Ride the boat
4. Go to the bubble column

Observed Behavior
The boat is insanely loud.

Expected Behavior
Sound level will be lower.
