Me and my friend were just playing in my world and we went to sleep. I crashed while I was sleeping and now whenever I try to join it crashes me.

So basically my friend and I were playing in my world, she told us that we should sleep so we did. While we were sleeping I crashed, I tried rejoining but every time it would just show the loading screen a bit and then crashed me. It's been a few hours and it's still like that. If you can do anything about it please let me know.
