IRON GOLEMS STOPPED SPAWNING

A month ago, I was working on fixing a village with more than 20 villagers, then I noticed no iron golem is spawning within the village even after 3 minecraft days. Still up to this day, no golems spawning, I mean the mob spawning is ON so...

It's definitely a bug.
