Tapping on the D-Pad not only moves you, but can also force you to destroy/place a block or use an item.

Tapping on D-Pad can actually force me to place/destroy a block, or use the item. It happens 90% of the time, and even if I make it large or small, the D-Pad still does that. Even finding a place where you finger actually can move the D-Pad can still do it. Fix it, Tom!
