dinosaur summon eggs not working

I bought the JURASSIC WORLD dlc, but there is a bug that makes it impossible to summon the dinosaur, the summoning egg becomes black after placing it with the ostrich egg, and unfortunately every time I try to summon the dino it does not appear nothing and still lose my egg
