Can’t log in on Switch

When starting the Minecraft app, I have to enter a code into the Microsoft Remote Access website. I have already logged onto the switch dozens of times and it should log in automatically by now. When putting in the code and password, the game resets and I have to put a different code into the Remote Access website. Restarting the game and hoping for it to work is the only work around I have seen. A quick 30 second task (that should be automatic) turns into a frustrating 10 minute task.
