Connection errors

I try to play Minecraft but it keeps telling me to sign into a Microsoft account to play and when its not doing that my realms wont load i cant invite nor join my friends worlds. I tried switching accounts, i tried restarting Minecraft, i tried to uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft. So if their anything you could do to fix this, please contact me. Thank you.
