Custom Skins not working

Hello Mojang...
My friend and I have found a bug with appeared yesterday out of nowhere
When we played together (Me on PC and him on XBox One) my custom loaded skin worked perfectly fine... but after an hour or so custom skins stopped working... i just appeared as steve for him... but I had a custom pixeled skin...

This is weird and i want it to be fixed
I have pulled out my second account (On Phone), to make some screenshots...
