All my packs (free and paid) has dissapear

I have lost all my Minecraft purchases, both more free and paid that I have been making over several years of play. It has been more than half a year since it happened to me, I thought that in time I would have everything I bought again but it has never been fixed. I have collections of payment worlds that do not appear to me and aspects (skins). When he succeeded, I always have the blue exclamation in my purchases as if there was an incident (which there is). The coins I had in my account have also disappeared, I don't remember how many I had but I had coins left.

Everything that appears in my account now I had to buy it again about a month ago, since everything had disappeared. I have been able to recover some packs, but many of them were very old and I can no longer get them. Payment packs have never appeared.

 

Please help me to recover all my packs since last 3 years of play minecraft, im 7 years old and LOVE this Game.
