The controls, menu, objects and mobs disappear when I enter the world

The controls and the menu when entering the world disappear I can still move but I cannot see what I have in my hand and the objects that I break or the mobs that were there, it is only possible to see their shadow also when entering the menu when they disappear the controls turns the screen black.
