X-ray using commands with slabs

When a top slab is placed in the same place as a bottom slab, both placed by the setblock command and directly on the ground, creates an xray bug that allows the viewing of caves.

Here's the commands:  /setblock ~-1 ~ ~-1 stone_slab and /setblock ~-1 ~ ~-1 stone_slab 8
