When I sign in to my Microsoft account and join a world, it says "oops! Your Microsoft account was disconnected. To invite more players, sign in on the main menu and restart you world" even though I just signed in

I sign in to Microsoft account, says r account was Disconnected but I can still invite, my friends don't see me, and when I leave the world to check my account t it says it's connected
