Some blocks aren't droping their tiles/items and some

On My Device (Kindle Fire HD) Was On Pocket Edition v0.11.1 alpha and playing on a brand new seed (SEED -1203891859) when i found a village. Then the next minecraft day i went to mine some stone a mined three blocks but only got one!?(for every single block!) Same With Animals i killed a sheep with a stone sword but got no wool!(same for other animals!) can't give you a screenshot, sorry. IMPORTANT:VERSION 0.11.1 ALPHA NONE of the above versions apply.
