Skins overlapped the top

The last version, skins don't overlap anything at all, but these versions of 0.12.1 except win10 the skins are overlapped the top of the screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to options screen
2. Go to Skins option in the left of the screen
3. Scroll up to see the skins overlapping the top.

We are aware of this issue, it has been submitted for a fix. The resolution "Won't Fix" means that the we will likely change the UI instead of just fixing this specific bug.
